Lead Practitioner – 25-40 hours per week (maternity cover approx 9 months) £11.60 per hour

Working with our Depute and Manager, our Lead Practitioner will support the smooth running of our service and guide a small staff team.  We are looking for someone with supervisory experience who can demonstrate good leadership qualities, with a track record in a busy childcare environment.  Candidates should be qualified to SVQ level 4 or above or working towards similar.  The successful candidate will be a role model to our dedicated staff team and will work with them to support our children and the ongoing development of our service.

Outdoor Pracitioner – 20 hours Term Time £9.12 per hour under review

The successful candidate will be based at Rodger Drive Nursery and will work with children from our 3-5’s rooms, focusing on our Outdoor Learning initiative.  The children attend regular sessions at local parks and woodland sites. We are looking for a dedicated practitioner with a love of Outdoor Learning to work alongside our staff team in promoting Outdoor Learning Activities for our children. The successful candiate should have, or be willing to work towards an Outdoor Qualification and should be passionate about sharing this learning with children and colleagues alike.
