Click on our links to vote for the staff you would recognise as our 2020 Stars. We are putting this fully online for the first time this year and hope that you will find this easy to navigate. Our Star of the Year has been a tradition now at ACE Place for the past 5 years and is a lovely way to recognise staff at the end of the year for their hard work and commitment.
This year has of course been a very usual one, to say the least. The demands on our staff teams have been significant with ever-changing guidance and advice to understand and implement as we navigate our way through these very difficult times.
I have been delighted by the emails and messages of thanks and praise that we have received throughout the year, and we have shared those with the staff as they were received. This year more than ever though, I am sure they will appreciate receiving votes through our survey, and of course, the lucky winners will be delighted to achieve the ‘Star of the Year’ status, and receive their prize 🙂
The survey asks you to consider stars under three separate categories –
Our Rising Star provides the opportunity to recognise someone who has shown promise throughout the year, has worked hard at their role and contributed to their wider team.
Our Star of the Year will recognise a team member who has shone consistently throughout the year, who often goes about and beyond their job role and demonstrates our values consistently in their practice.
Our Trainee of the Year allows us to recognise the good work of the younger staff members who are working with us whilst studying to achieve their SVQ Level 3.
Our Company Values of Adaptable, Ambitious, Approachable, Caring, Fun Loving, Inclusive & Professional are included in the survey as a reminder. We have all had to be adaptable for sure this year, staff, children, parents one and all, and we thank you for that and for your continued support.
I do hope you will find a few minutes to nominate your choices, the survey will run until Friday 11th December, we will share the results with you before we finish up for Christmas.
