Do you know that we have Staff Reps at ACE Place?
At a recent review from SLC our Leadership were praised for our Wellbeing & Open Door Policies however we are always looking for ways to make sure people feel they have a voice no matter what their role is at ACE Place.
Our Staff Reps are there to support staff when they may have a niggle, a worry or an idea that they would like us to explore. We have just refreshed the group and I hope you would agree that we have a lovely group of smiley, approachable staff on the team!
Our staff reps 2025 are – Gary, Nicolle, Kaitlen, Chloe, Trish, Hibba, & Laura; a great mix of experience and fresh ideas from across our settings.
