10 Feb Holiday Club Planning

We are currently planning trips and activities for the Spring and Summer Holiday Clubs.  To assist us to do this effectively we need to know numbers and ages of children who are going to attend.  We are therefore asking all parents to make us aware of their requirements by the following dates –

For spring break please inform us of your requirements by 29th February

For summer break please inform us of your requirements by 29th April

We aim to publish the Spring Break Programme w/c 7th March and the Summer Break Programme w/c 16th May.  Your assistance in meeting the above deadlines in much appreciated as we will be able to better suit the trips and activities to the ages and stages of the children who will be attending.
