We have attached here a copy of our Improvement Plan. We used feedback from Families and Staff from our ACE Place Community to establish our priorities for the coming year. Not surprisingly you will see many COVID-19 related aspects within our plans, however we have still made time to concentrate on many of the aspects that we had identified as important prior to lockdown earlier this year.
Central to our recovery plan as children returned to Nursery and Out of School Care, has been ensuring children return safely to a new environment that meets the ever changing guidance but still allows staff to be the caring, nurturing professionals that they naturally are. We are delighted that the response from our recent parents evenings would suggest that we have managed to achieve this and staff are building strong relationships with children and families where physical connections are more challenging that the norm.
