03 Aug Come and work for us – 2 Lead Practitioners Required

We are currently recruiting for two senior posts within our Rodger Drive Nursery. The LEAD PRACTITIONER posts are supernumerate and work wtih the staff teams to support the efficient running of our service. Reporting directly to Depute Manager the Lead Practitioners have a key role in supporting staff in their day to day activities as well as monitoring and evaluating quality, providing guidance and leadership and promoting our company values and ethos. Applicants should be energetic, flexible, motivated and motivating; should have a professional approach and positive outlook and should be capable of leading a team. Qualified to SVQ level 3 as a minimum with additional qualifications or willingness to udertake further professional development desirable. A previous track record of succesfully leading a team in a child care environment would also be advantagous.
